Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CTO, COO, CRO and other leaders to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
Product Development Oversight: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, monitoring progress and addressing challenges proactively.
Market Analysis : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product direction, reprioritize roadmap items as needed and identify new opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product-market fit and successful product launches. Work with NetSPI service SMEs to build requirements and validate results.
Team Building and Mentorship: Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing product management team.
Customer Engagement: Engage with our customer advisory board, key customers and other stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure products meet market needs.
Innovation Promotion: Foster a culture of innovation within the product team to drive continuous improvement and competitive differentiation.

Required
5+ years of experience in product management, with at least three years in a leadership role within the cybersecurity industry.
Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
Deep domain knowledge of PTaaS, ASM, CAASM, and BAS technologies.
Proven track record of bringing cybersecurity products to market successfully.
Strong technical expertise with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Has exposure to cyber security auditing, penetration testing and red teaming best practices and/or common industry requirements.
Preferred
Established network and relationships within the cybersecurity industry.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and think strategically.
Comes from an engineering or other technical background.
Past experience working directly with BAS, ASM and CAASM products.
Has experience with MITRE ATT&CK, threat intelligence management, and risk management.
