Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with wealth management firm executives, financial advisors, attorneys, CPAs, sports agents, and other influencers within the UHNW ecosystem.
Engage with UHNW-focused advisors to understand the challenges faced by their clients and within their practice.
Educate them on how Aquilance can help solve those problems for clients that they refer to us.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments with the UHNW individuals who are referred by our partners/advisors.
Articulate the benefits of Aquilance's services and put together a plan to address their needs.
Close deals and secure new clients for Aquilance.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or equivalent experience.
Client-facing experience with a background in financial planning, estate planning, or UHNW banking.
Sales experience and a demonstrated ability to exceed expectations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand the complexities of a UHNW individual’s situation and present Aquilance as a solution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels with specific experience working with wealth firms, family offices, financial advisors, trust/estate attorneys, CPAs, and UHNW individuals.
Highly driven to achieve sales goals, with a strong internal desire to build new relationships and close deals.
Ability to leverage Salesforce to track and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Preferred
JD, Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation, or CFP desired.
