Responsibilities
Develop real-time or near real-time interfaces (HL7 or API) to source systems and partner vendors
Develop pre-access and registration workflow interfacing with authorization and eligibility vendors/engines
Design and develop enhancements to mid and back-end revenue cycle workflow
Develop user stories and epics and assign points for roadmap and planning
Work with offshore development team to ensure timely development according to release schedules
Oversee final QA to ensure releases are bug-free and release performance is satisfactory
Lead internal resources and vendors to ensure EIQ modernization efforts are executed on time and at the highest quality and performance levels

Required
7 to 10 years of work experience
3 to 5 years of people leadership experience
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience in Computer Science
Preferred
Experience in developing real-time interfaces (HL7 or API) to source systems and partner vendors
Experience in developing pre-access and registration workflow interfacing with authorization and eligibility vendors/engines
Experience in designing and developing enhancements to mid and back-end revenue cycle workflow
Experience in developing user stories and epics and assigning points for roadmap and planning
Experience working with offshore development teams to ensure timely development according to release schedules
Experience overseeing final QA to ensure bug-free releases and satisfactory performance
Experience leading internal resources and vendors to ensure modernization efforts are executed on time and at highest quality and performance levels
