Responsibilities

Lead analytics for Spend Engagement programs to enhance customer engagement with new product offers.

Develop omni-channel targeting strategies for long-term customer engagement.

Collaborate with Modeling team on modeling roadmap and strategy approval.

Manage campaigns targeting and design for profitability optimization.

Oversee forecasting processes and decision management framework.

Lead end-to-end project management for strategy development and implementation.

Accountable for audit and control requirements.

Required

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline is required (i.e., Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, and Operations Research). Graduate degree preferred.

6-10 years of experience in business/marketing analytics and campaign measurement

Technical skills: SAS, Python, Hadoop, Hive

Experience in financial services/credit cards required

Prior experience in building and implementing Customer engagement strategy is highly desirable

Strong logical reasoning ability

Demonstrated excellent ability to translate business questions into analytical framework to generate meaningful insights

Excellent analytical, technical and/or statistical skills with proven ability to translate large volumes of data using SAS, SQL or Python/R

Experience in usage of different analytical techniques, like segmentation, predictive modeling, time series forecasting, hypothesis testing, optimization etc.

Established competency in working with data from multiple sources

Intellectually curious, consistently seeking and developing new opportunities

Adept at building relationships and collaborate with people across all levels and cross functional teams

Effective organizational skills and ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects

Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills

Comfortable on working with ambiguity and open-ended questions

Preferred

Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline

Experience in building and implementing Customer engagement strategy
