Responsibilities

Consults with leaders operationally and employs expertise in financial analysis and data-driven insights to help make decisions.

Collates data from multiple sources and presents it in a meaningful way to all relevant stakeholders.

Educates non-financial decision makers, empowering them to understand the data and the impact of operational decisions on predicted financial outcomes, and vice versa.

Delivers long-term modeling and forecasting data to aid in evaluation of business performance and in tactical and strategic planning.

Generates custom reports with analysis as requested in support of FP&A, M&A, operational, or sales objectives as needed.

FP&A and M&A reporting support for reports and modeling for a variety of initiatives related to construction progress, sales, and pricing.

Other duties as required.

Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional presentation skills.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (Preferably with NetSuite, Jira, PowerBI, or similar).

Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and consultative skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to pull data from multiple sources, analyzing the data and presenting to management it in meaningful ways.

Demonstrated experience creating and implementing complex financial, business-case, and revenue modeling, and presenting it to decision-makers and boards.

Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative to keep on-task and on-target.

Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and similar software.

8+ years’ experience in years leading data and financial analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting or equivalent experience.
