Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of accounting and finance processes, including preparation and accuracy of financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial performance trends and drive overall company performance through the operating management system mechanism.
Present financial data and insights to senior management.
Establish and maintain effective lines of communication and a high degree of credibility with the executive team.
Provide financial leadership during the annual budget and long-term financial planning processes to capitalize on key product and market opportunities.
Offer analysis and recommendation on strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost-benefit analysis, and forecasting
Act as a key financial negotiator on joint ventures, partnerships and prospective customer engagements.
Oversight of internal control responsibilities and reporting procedures that comply with regulatory internal control requirements.
Perform strategic financial modeling analysis/products/deals/acquisitions, ROI/IRR analysis. Perform strategic business and ad-hoc projects as they arise.
Support New Business Development efforts: Oversight of quote review process; Evaluate market and customer dynamics to influence pricing strategy for new business quotes; Evaluate project margins by reviewing estimated margin at time of quote to actual margin. Maintain site-specific costing and margin model.

Required
Generally, fifteen (15) years of experience in finance with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Generally, ten (10) years of experience leading and managing teams.
Preferred
CPA designation is highly preferred.
