Responsibilities
Assist in defining workstream plans and deliverables.
Maintain day-to-day coverage of client and direct reports throughout engagement.
Execute workstream steps, client resourcing, issue identification and resolution. This is core consulting in a fast-paced environment.

Required
At least 5 years working with Sales team to develop and execute Go-to-Market initiatives
At least 5 years as Controller, VP of Finance or Director of FP&A in a manufacturing, distribution or service company with revenues > $100 million OR
At least 7 years as external auditor with Big 4 focusing on manufacturing, distribution, or service companies with revenues > $100 million OR
At least 5 years of Operational Consulting within private equity owned portfolio manufacturing, distribution, or service companies with revenues > $100 million
Undergraduate or Graduate Accounting or Finance Degree
Demonstrated technical capabilities within the CFO's group including issue definition, collection of supporting facts, remediation plan development and execution
Understanding systematic business processes and information flow through the financial statements required
Candidate should possess an inherent drive to develop and implement solutions to complex, multi-faceted problems
Leaning on experience and resourcefulness to quickly understanding gaps and develop workplans is critical
Being comfortable with high-pressure expectations and rapid pace of play required
Advanced Excel, PowerQuery, PowerBI
4 year degree in Accounting or Finance
Successful project management experience
Preferred
CPA, CPA candidate, CFA or MBA preferred
