Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support overall business objectives and drive operational excellence.

Oversee all aspects of supply chain operations, including, demand planning, inventory management, 3pl management, logistics, and distribution.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer experience, and finance, to align supply chain activities with business needs and customer demands.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal performance.

Utilize data analytics to monitor supply chain and logistics performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of operations.

Lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance service levels through continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Mentor and develop supply chain staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fields.

8+ years of experience in supply chain management within the CPG food or beverage industry.

Proven track record of team building, management and people development

Proven track record of leading supply chain transformations and driving operational efficiency.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and managing accountability/SLA's with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong understanding of inventory management and demand forecasting systems to ensure Javvy's products are in stock and ready to ship.

Proven track record in managing third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective order fulfillment.

Expertise in evaluating, negotiating, and optimizing shipping carriers to reduce costs, improve delivery speed, and enhance service reliability.
