Responsibilities
Serving as an executive team member, working to direct cross-functional teams (product, security, engineering) to adopt and execute on a Data Hub roadmap.
Driving the vision and strategy - ensuring data quality, security (HIPAA/HITRUST), and alignment with the enterprise roadmap.
Serving as the executive face of the CTO, leading data strategy discussions with internal teams, external customers, and development partners, ensuring alignment with both current and future state goals.
Overseeing the delivery of Data as a Product, managing the transition to a centralized Data Hub as the single source of truth.
Holding stakeholders and external dev partners accountable for product development and execution.

Required
10+ years of professional experience
3-5+ years in a Director level position or higher
