Responsibilities
Lead and mentor cross-functional global technology teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Develop and implement strategic plans that align technology initiatives with business goals.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all technical teams.
Leverage a deep technical background to engage with technologists across various stacks, ensuring the successful design and implementation of complex technical solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key business and technology stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors and drive alignment on project objectives and outcomes.
Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during large-scale technology implementations.
Effectively manage risks and dependencies to ensure project success.

Required
Extensive experience in technology team leadership, with a proven ability to lead large, diverse teams across multiple domains.
Significant experience in managing programs of varying sizes from small agile high impact projects to large-scale transformational programs.
Strong technical background with the ability to quickly assimilate knowledge and engage with technologists at a deep level.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A strategic thinker with a track record of driving innovation and delivering business value through technology.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred
Advanced certifications in project management or cloud technologies are a plus.
