Responsibilities

Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing technical direction and supporting innovative solutions that align with client objectives.

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, from planning through completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, set milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress for successful delivery.

Engage with clients to understand their needs, setting clear expectations and providing regular updates on project status and engineering progress.

Establish and refine engineering and delivery processes, promoting agile methodologies and continuous improvement.

Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required

10+ years in engineering and project delivery leadership roles, such as VP of Engineering, Head of Delivery, or similar, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.

Strong foundation in software development and cloud infrastructure, with experience in overseeing complex technical projects.

Proven experience in managing the full project life cycle, with a track record of delivering large-scale engineering projects on time and within budget.

Strong client management skills with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs, providing solutions that exceed expectations.

Experienced in building and leading high-performance engineering and delivery teams.

Willingness to travel domestically as needed for client engagement.
