Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end vision and strategy for the FinTech product portfolio, focusing on scaling and innovation in areas like embedded global payments, and vertical SaaS financial services.
Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of product managers and engineers, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and delivery timelines. Act as a member of organizational-wide product and engineering leadership team.
Drive business growth by identifying new product opportunities and optimizing existing products. Work closely with the executive team to ensure that product initiatives align with revenue targets and other key business metrics. Continuously measure and report on the performance of products and their impact on the company's goals.
Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through delivery and iteration. Ensure that products are delivered on time and with significant impact both on the customer and the business.
Ensure that our products are developed cross-functionally with effective and impactful go-to-market strategies and financial plans in place.
Ensure our technological architecture is tightly aligned to our product strategy and will scale with the future needs of the business.

Required
Proven experience in building and scaling FinTech products, particularly in global payments, FX, payroll, and factoring.
Understanding of embedded FinTech solutions and products within vertical SaaS platforms.
Strong background in product and/or engineering leadership, with hands-on experience owning and driving products from concept through execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience working with global payments infrastructure, including connections to acquirers and PSPs.
Track record of successfully leading large teams (50+ members), building high-performing product and engineering organizations, and navigating complex organizational and infrastructural challenges.
