Required

Extensive leadership experience in logistics, manufacturing, or similar fields, managing teams of 200+

Track record in developing and using operational metrics and management dashboards

Proven P/L responsibility and expertise in pricing and costing models

Proficiency in executing short-term operational plans and long-term growth strategies

Certification in Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies

Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems

Strong data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel and Power BI

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

BA/BS in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field
