Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen the company’s market position and achieve desired business goals.
Lead and manage the marketing team to execute effective marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.
Utilize SEO strategies, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing tools to increase online presence and customer engagement.
Leverage web analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making necessary adjustments for optimal results.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer retention.
Oversee the company's contact center operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service.
Manage relationships with external marketing and advertising partners.
Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and the wider technology industry, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the marketing field, preferably in the technology industry.
Proven experience in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
Proficient in SEO, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing tools.
Demonstrated experience with SaaS products and a deep understanding of the technology industry.
Strong knowledge of web analytics and the ability to derive meaningful insights for marketing strategy refinement.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data and metrics.

Preferred

A Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience in managing a contact center or call center is a plus.
