Responsibilities
Develop and lead comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
Leverage data, analytics, and digital marketing techniques (SEO, PPC, social media, CRM tools) to optimize customer engagement and lead generation efforts.
Oversee and mentor a high-performing marketing team across various functions including digital marketing, content, product marketing, and public relations.
Maintain and evolve Verbit’s brand positioning and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
Collaborate with product teams to effectively launch new features and products, positioning them strategically in the marketplace.
Conduct in-depth market research to track industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategy and marketing plans.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring high ROI through data-driven decision-making.
Foster relationships with key media outlets and industry influencers to maintain Verbit’s thought leadership position in the AI space.
Work closely with sales, customer success, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
Provide regular reports on marketing performance, customer insights, and ROI to the executive team.
Ensure marketing operations scale in line with business growth, particularly as Verbit expands into new markets or launches new product lines.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally within the tech, SaaS, or AI industries.
Proven success in scaling marketing efforts for high-growth companies, particularly in B2B environments.
Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and product marketing.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience in using marketing analytics tools.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Skilled in managing marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, controlling market spend, and delivering high ROI
Preferred
Experience with AI, SaaS, or tech-related products.
Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in AI-driven products and services.
Ability to navigate the fast-paced and evolving AI market, with a strong understanding of customer needs and competitive positioning.
