Responsibilities
Manage a growing team of ~20 employees, balancing needs across 30+ clients to ensure every brand meets its goals and that we always deliver on our promises
Drive alignment across our teams, including PPC, SEO, WEB and Client Services
Ensure that teams drive performance & meet established targets / KPIs
Engage in ongoing customer conversations to fine-tune our product-market fit, product offerings and improve overall performance + CSAT levels
Analyze market + industry trends to continuously refine our strategies and ensure that we stay ahead of the curve at all times
Create processes and procedures that foster cohesive marketing strategies and enable our teams to drive performance consistently in a scalable fashion
Ensure first-class customer onboarding process across all product offerings, enabling your teams to successfully execute projects towards client objectives. This included detailed out 12-month campaign strategy development and breaking down into 90-day ‘sprints’ with clear objectives and milestones.
Oversee everything related to driving campaign performance including strategy, research, set-up, analysis, tracking, reporting and QA
Write detailed processes and documentation that serve as a foundation for driving consistent outcomes for our clients. We work with ClickUp which serves as the “source of truth" so every single task and important measure must be planned out and inserted into ClickUp client plans so we can measure resourced allocations versus outcome.
Develop a learning framework that supports a positive trajectory and cultivates a growth mindset for team members within marketing & product services. We already have Career pathing tracks mapped out for most roles and its the leader’s responsibility to cultivate excellence and a culture of ‘Always’be’learning’
Lead the effort of proactive and transparent communication with clients regarding performance, analysis and growth opportunities. We have a team of CSMs but getting analysis, reports, wins and obstacles communicated internally and with effectiveness is a clearcut responsibility of the VP.
Support sales and client services teams by jumping on calls if needed to support as an extra voice and broadcast our expertise with the objective of closing new opportunities, managing expectations effectively and growing our share-of-wallet per client from a digital standpoint while retaining 100% of relationships (yes exaggerating a bit but we don’t accept cancelations!)
Test new strategies, approaches and marketing tools to ensure we maintain our position as the best solution in the market for Behavioral Health facilities. Especially when it comes to AI; whether ChatGPT search, perplexity, etc. it is a requisite that our VP is a “techie” and is full-blown committed to the AI and the future of SEO.
Support partnership growth with our priority publishers including, but not limited to, Google, Microsoft and Recovery.com but accelerating cross-sale opportunities and facilitating area of opportunity that can fuel partnership growth.

Required
10+ years' of proven experience in search engine marketing with an expertise in PPC, SEO, WEB and CRO
Solid understanding of running a tier 1 Marketing Operation; managing needed systems and KPI benchmarks across 100+ clients preferably and with several product categories (e.g. Google Ads, SEO, Website Dev, etc.)
Strong collaborative and cooperative mindset that can work with cross functional teams
Expertise across all relevant marketing tech stack and knowing how to implement, adapt and train teams so that proven ROI on technology investments made
Ability to prioritize and multi-task, with experience working in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment where client and revenue growth happens faster than everything else can follow.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills (native)
Willingness to travel and grow a talented international marketing team across borders
Preferred
Experience working at a U.S. based Digital Marketing Agency within the Health Care category and servicing high-ticket clients is a big plus.
Experience with running operations and processes to the T- via Project Management Software like ClickUp is non-negotiable and a must.
