Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Oversee P&L management, drive clinical operational excellence, and ensure high patient satisfaction and productivity.
Team Engagement & Development: Foster strong relationships, mentor regional teams, and develop training programs.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with functional heads and ensure alignment between corporate leadership and regional teams.
Growth & Innovation: Lead integration of new clinics, implement innovative initiatives, and propose strategic growth plans.
Financial & Performance Management: Monitor practice performance, conduct financial reviews, and translate organizational objectives into operational strategies

Required
Minimum of 7+ years in healthcare operations, preferably in medical aesthetics or a similar field such as dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Demonstrated expertise in practice management within a high growth organization, including experience with M&A integration.
Strong skills in financial management, data analysis, and strategic planning.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire diverse teams, fostering a collaborative and productive culture.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders.
Ability to travel regularly to oversee regional operations and build in-person relationships.
Preferred
MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
