Responsibilities

Own day-to-day partnerships for the core revenue partners that support our business operations (including both affiliate and data partnerships).

Own day-to-day revenue operations, updating platform placements, guiding lifecycle efforts, and more to grow net income.

Automate our most time-consuming business processes, driving leverage across the entire company (including for yourself).

Build out documentation for key business processes, including working closely with our Customer Support team, standardizing our partner support systems, and more.

Take over management of key teams / individuals as relevant as you build out the related processes / systems.

Build out our People Operations processes, with support from HR, legal, and finance experts.

Required

Data analysis, including SQL. You're comfortable diving into open-ended data problems yourself, and don't generally need help pulling relevant data.

Automation. You're strong at leveraging tools like Make.com, Zapier, AI, and Slack notifications to automate business processes.

Operations. You excel at designing processes for certainty, meaning that you always verify when processes are working well, know when errors arise, and fix them quickly.

Growth. You have a strong basis in growth first principles like conversion rate optimization, usability testing, funnel optimization, etc. In-depth technical growth expertise (e.g. SEO, paid search) is a bonus, but is not required.

Management. You excel at building and leading high-performing teams. You give and receive feedback directly and easily. You're generally great to work with.

Bandwidth. You're very good at getting a lot done quickly.

Resourcefulness. You thrive in the chaos of startups and love making complicated, uncertain things simple.

Communication. Our team is globally distributed and often works across time zones, so strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.

5+ years of data-driven startup operations experience.

3+ years experience leading high-performing teams.

An engineering or analytical degree, typically from a highly competitive program.

Experience in intense, highly competitive environments, e.g. elite athletics, entrepreneurship, investment banking, highly technical academic fields, endurance sports, etc.
