Responsibilities
Play a key role in advancing our mission. At Earnest, we have invested in empowering students with financial support and supercharging their ability to pay down their debt, so they can get on the right financial track, fast. We already help our customers pay down their student debt with our simple and flexible student loan refi product, and we are looking to take the next step in our mission by building out new product lines to help customers make a plan and tackle their debt in the most effective way possible.
Lead our current at-scale, revenue-driving student lending products, as well as bringing new lending and financial products to market that support students and young professionals as they work to get out of debt and move into building wealth and financial security.
Develop and expand our Lending Platform, ensuring that customers across our various products receive the best, most efficient experience possible, as well as enable product and business teams to build new experiences rapidly.
Partner closely with other teams including Credit, Data Science, Capital Markets, Customer Happiness & Marketing to bring new products to market that are cohesive across the financial and digital product experiences as well as the human interactions along the way.
Drive rapid growth at Earnest - both in the number of customers that we’re serving, and in the breadth of solutions that we’re bringing to market.
Help us transform our product offering from a student lending focus to a broader focus on helping our customers pay down debt, and find ways to multiply our business by helping any customer who could benefit from Earnest products to find us and get started.
