Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies, lead the purchasing team, and collaborate with executive team members.
Maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and conduct supplier evaluations.
Oversee procurement processes, implement best practices, and maintain procurement policies.
Manage the procurement budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and monitor market trends.
Recruit, train, and mentor the purchasing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Identify threats and opportunities, develop contingency plans, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 10-15 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of industry, business, and financial aspects, particularly in sourcing and supply chain.
Proficient in Negotiations
Preferred
Preferred familiarity with building codes in both residential and commercial in the US and Canada.
