Responsibilities
Lead and mentor senior sales professionals, ensuring they effectively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Oversee sales efforts related to new client acquisition, providing direct leadership in managing performance.
Remove roadblocks and ensure successful outcomes in the sales process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales professionals in developing tailored solutions.
Expand professional networks and help your team explore untapped markets.
Guide team members in executing new business strategies.
Provide consistent feedback to help senior sales executives improve and adhere to BairesDev's guidelines.
Foster a high-performing sales culture focused on acquiring new clients.

Required
10+ years of experience selling professional IT or software services.
Strong experience selling technology consulting and services as a hunter of new logos.
5+ years of experience leading sales professionals.
Excellent understanding of the industry, including key players, strategies, and business models.
Knowledge of sub-verticals, needs, challenges, and key trends in technology consulting.
Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical sales approach.
Focus on initiating and building client relationships.
Preferred
Experience in a direct competitor is valuable.
