Responsibilities
Develop & Implement Strategy: Craft and execute sales and marketing strategies that align with company-wide objectives and drive brand presence in key markets
Close New Business: Independently target, qualify, and close deals in our target markets
Lead & Mentor Teams: Act as a hands-on leader, fostering a high-performance culture while guiding and growing the sales and marketing teams
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the VP of Marketing to execute marketing tactics, create sales collateral, and align strategies with key markets
Drive Key Initiatives: Lead execution of 2025 Sales and Marketing initiatives to ensure sustainable growth, customer diversification, and service excellence
Expand Market Presence: Strengthen our footprint in Austin, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Kansas City, Nashville, and West Florida
Negotiate & Align: Assist in contract negotiation ensure alignment with internal stakeholders
Enhance Customer Success: Oversee customer success teams to deliver exceptional service and retention
Optimize Sales Processes: Utilize data-driven insights and sales forecasts to continually improve sales processes and CRM accuracy
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with the Operations, Finance, and People & Culture teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives
Financial Accountability: Manage the sales and marketing budget to maximize ROI

Required
3+ years of leadership experience in sales and marketing, managing a team of at least 5 people
5+ years' experience in sales within healthcare services industries
Bachelor’s degree in business management/development (required)
Solution-selling expertise with track record of exceeding sales targets
Skilled at building new client relationships, developing new and existing territory pipelines, and navigating complex healthcare systems
Strong problem-solver who can craft and present solutions to clients
Comfortable with senior executive-level presentations and negotiations
Willing to travel to key markets (Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Atlanta, Nashville, and West Florida) based on business needs
Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A self-motivated leader with a detail-oriented, execution-focused approach
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future
