Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrative leadership role for all Perioperative Services.

Collaborate with Executive Leadership Team to establish a strategic vision and plan for Perioperative Services.

Translate strategic initiatives into plans and programs to meet system-wide objectives.

Lead, assist with, and support implementation of service-line strategic plans and program development.

Develop infrastructure supportive of effective implementation and communication of all changes.

Collaborate with operational VP's and Chief Operating Officers to develop annual goals and objectives.

Foster a goal-oriented environment with a leadership style characterized by integrity, collaboration, trust, and appropriate delegation.

Ensure integrated processes, elimination of waste, and reduction of supply expenses throughout the network.

Assist with contract negotiations for supportive services and key initiatives surrounding growth, outreach, and affiliations.
