Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with company objectives and drives sustainable growth.
As part of the leadership team, participate in key discussions that help shape the overall strategy and direction of the company.
Oversee strategy, cross-functional quarterly planning process, including quota planning, and optimizing territory management.
Develop, own, and continuously iterate on data sets, reports, and insights that drive true strategic decision making across the organization and throughout the customer lifecycle.
Partner with the leadership team on executive strategies and deliverables for board materials, QBRs, and more.

Required

Demonstrated 12+ years of experience managing high performing Revenue Operations teams in a B2B SaaS company
BS/BA required; MBA a plus, but not required
Proven experience scaling revenue operations teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, key metrics (ARR, GRR, churn, etc.), and revenue growth strategies
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building and developing talent
