Responsibilities
Assist in creating and approving the project strategy, including defining key objectives, activities, and team roles.
Design a comprehensive work plan aligned with the overarching strategy, incorporating timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate, manage, and execute daily project tasks, including deliverables, deadlines, and task management.
Oversee and support the broader project team.
Lead the planning and attendance strategy for annual VSO conferences.
Act as the primary contact for the project, liaising with executive leadership, as well as client and industry stakeholders.
Monitor progress and provide weekly updates to internal and external stakeholders, addressing active work and resolving issues.
Build and sustain relationships with key client representatives, industry stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth program operations.
Develop creative solutions to challenges and escalate issues to RDS leadership as necessary.

Required
Bachelor’s degree required.
5-7 years of experience in healthcare project management and client management, with a history of working with Veteran Service Organizations.
Strong organizational and management skills.
Proven ability to motivate and manage highly qualified subject matter experts.
Demonstrated excellence in customer service with stakeholders and partners.
Proficient in strategic thinking and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
Preferred
Entrepreneurial spirit and experience in high-growth, start-up organizations.
Experience working in the Veterans Healthcare space and with the Veterans Health Administration.
