Responsibilities
Develops creative data acquisition solutions, driving the collection of new data, and the refinement of existing data sources, collaborating with senior data analysts on data selection, processing, and formatting of data into meaningful dashboards.
Continuous improvement and maintenance of infrastructure meta-data to ensure data quality, data governance, and a single source-of-truth for such data.
Work with senior data analysts to develop and maintain operational monthly reports, queries, and dashboards.
Build data tools to aid teams to ensure they hit targeted objectives and key results goals.
Own the generation of data dictionaries, data quality assurance reports, data validation decks, and data summary reports.
Work collaboratively across all operational teams to map out team’s way of working and provide input and analysis on how to be more efficient.
Assist teams towards areas of automation and integrations into the ITIL processes.
Responsible for creation, comprehensive understanding, maintenance, and communication of logical and physical data.
Document processes of how data is collected and aggregated.

Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Deep knowledge of ITSM processes.
Flexible – the ability to adapt to changes in demands, priority, and timelines.
Strong experience is working with extremely large data to produce quality and trusted data sets.
Effective collaboration and communication across all levels of the organization including senior executives.
Experience working in a global company, understanding team collaboration across different geographies, time zones and culture.
Technical documentation experience
Preferred
ITSM: 5 years
ITIL: 3 years
