Responsibilities
Leading, coaching, and supporting the warehouse team
Maintaining and reporting on key performance indicators related to safety and productivity
Embodying and demonstrating Article's values and principles in decision-making and actions
Picking and packing furniture
Loading and unloading trucks for deliveries
Moving stock within the warehouse
Maintaining cleanliness in work areas
Processing returned items for restocking

Required
Proven work experience as a lead or above in a warehouse environment
Warehouse management skills that include cycle counting, loading and unloading containers, scheduling workforce, and replenishment
Strong PC skills including Google or Microsoft suite proficiency
A team player who is willing to pitch in and help get the job done
Resourceful, flexible and enjoys working in a dynamic environment
Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
Ability to work independently and have a sense of ownership
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
Strong interpersonal skills
Physically fit to stand to get work done and able to lift up to 50lbs
Reliable method(s) of transportation
Legally able to work in the United States
Completion of: Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test (THC not tested), Criminal background check
