Responsibilities
Determine work priorities, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow
Understand and communicate productivity standards and goals
Prepare reports and enter data in computer systems
Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met and exceeded
Assign tasks to personnel and audit their performance
Complete reports and records in a timely manner
Communicate with management, employees, and customers
Train new associates, plan, assign, and direct work
Resolve problems as they arise

Required
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
3 years experience working in a warehouse environment preferably a distribution environment
Must be able to operate a forklift
1 year experience working in a leadership capacity
Must maintain productivity and accuracy standards
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
May regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Able to work in a non-temperature controlled warehouse (meaning the indoor temperature fluctuates through each season)
