Responsibilities
Maintain a positive work environment with clear and positive communication skills.
Ensure compliance with corporate safety and environmental procedures.
Maintain technical knowledge by attending safety meetings and reviewing procedures.
Perform safety audits and maintain equipment like forklifts and Hurricane 500 EM.
Execute warehouse work activities in a safe and environmentally compliant facility.
Manage shipping/receiving, bulk transfer operations, customer order preparation, and inventory management.
Ensure inventory control, accurate receiving, order count, and outbound shipment verification.
Follow FIFO lot picking, conduct monthly cycle counts, and prepare for annual physical inventory.
Ensure compliance with SAP transactions and required warehouse standards.
Coordinate day-to-day warehouse assignments, lead team members, and ensure daily tasks are met.
Be willing to step into any position when needed for job completion.
Assume responsibilities of the Warehouse Manager when not on site to ensure activities are executed accurately.
Perform necessary SAP transactions and generate proper documentation for receiving and shipments.
Maintain office equipment, complete housekeeping duties, and safety and HR information.
Assume other duties as instructed by the warehouse manager.

Required
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
0-2 years of supervisory experience is required
2-3 years of computer experience is required
3-5 years of forklift experience is required
5-7 years of warehouse/operations experience is required
Preferred
An associates degree or equivalent is preferred
SAP knowledge is preferred
