Responsibilities

Lead multi-disciplinary teams in planning, design, and construction for water and wastewater utility projects.

Strengthen and develop client partner relationships through direct collaboration with various teams.

Gather information, develop engineering reports, and evaluate alternatives.

Mentor and guide mid- to junior-level staff.

Required

Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or a related engineering discipline.

Minimum eight years of water and wastewater engineering experience.

Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Proficiency in AutoCad and Civil3D software.

Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in planning, design, and construction for water and wastewater projects.

Ability to mentor and guide mid- to junior-level staff.

Ability to work in both office and field environments, including exposure to various work conditions.

Physical ability to perform job duties including sitting, moving, standing, talking, hearing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, operating a company vehicle, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
