Responsibilities
Identify watersheds, drainage patterns, and soil conditions
Delineate drainage areas for analysis
Perform field visits and site reconnaissance
Complete land cover and time of concentration calculations
Develop design criteria based on regulations
Design stormwater management practices
Design drainage networks and perform analysis
Develop Post Construction Stormwater Management plans
Develop Erosion and Sediment Control plans
Complete permit applications
Prepare technical reports and construction documents
Coordinate with team members for project completion

Required
Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering with emphasis in Water Resources
0-5 years of experience in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering
Strong oral and written communication skills
Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE/EIT) Exam
Proficient in Microstation Inroads S&S and AutoCAD Civil 3D
Preferred
Hydrologic Modeling experience using TR55 / TR20 and Rational Methodologies
Hydraulic Modeling software experience using HEC-RAS, HY-8, HydroCAD, Pondpack, StormCAD
Stormwater Management design experience
Erosion and Sediment Control design experience
Green Stormwater Infrastructure design experience
Storm Drain design experience
Experience MicroStation and ORD SUDA
Knowledge of New Jersey Department of Transportation design standards and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Permitting processes
