Responsibilities

Design water and wastewater infrastructure projects including wells, surface water diversions, treatment plants, storage tanks/ponds, and distribution facilities. This task includes all aspects of project management including surveying, regulatory approvals, permitting, design, specification writing, submittal review, material costing and purchasing, inspections, pay applications, and management of consultants, construction crews, and contractors.

Create reports and aid with contracts between various water and wastewater customers.

Review and track infrastructure acceptance materials following construction including inspection videos, pressure test data, and as-builts.

Evaluate water usage data and aid in water rights accounting requirements.

Manage the District's tap fee applications and conduct invoicing.

Create exhibits and application materials for various projects.

Participate in the streamlining and improvement of water billing, District Rules and regulations, and design standards.
