Responsibilities
Act as the Project Manager for all sizes of projects
Work alongside Technical Manager(s), when needed, to lead the technical approach and delivery of projects.
Prepare and deliver presentations and training programs to internal and external clients and professional associations.
Support business development efforts under the direction of a client manager to provide technical support and guidance to a range of clients

Required
10-15 years of engineering experience.
A B.S. Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Registered Professional Engineer in California
Technical and project delivery expertise in civil and environmental engineering
In-depth understanding of the engineering concepts associated with all types of municipal water and wastewater systems, including water supply and treatment processes and distribution and collection systems infrastructure.
Knowledgeable in state bidding laws and funding programs.
Up to date on the latest technological advances, regulatory trends, equipment, and processes.
Superior writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred
A M.S. Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Familiarity with a broad range of issues related to master planning, treatment, distribution, and collection systems
