Responsibilities

Supervise associates and provide guidance on project tasks, budgets, and schedules.
Manage all activities for assigned projects, including directing subconsultants and ensuring quality requirements are met.
Report project budget variances and communicate regularly with clients.
Prepare proposals, identify project risks, and monitor/mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Build client relationships, identify future projects, and attend networking events for business development.
Adhere to the company’s QA/QC Performance Standards.

Required

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, Planning, or a related field.
Certifications: PE, RLA, PS, AICP, or other relevant certification
Experience: 10+ years
Supervisory Experience: 4+ years
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and computer-aided design, and other industry-based software is required.
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and creative thinking.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills in a team-oriented environment.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
