Responsibilities
Understanding and working experience in Front and Back Office teams of Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, and Accounting.
Knowledge about creation and functioning of Trusts and Estates, along with considerations about tax.
Evaluating current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for streamlining and optimization.
Creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), use cases, process flows, and other deliverables.
Managing end-to-end implementation (Agile/Waterfall) and giving presentations.
Communicating effectively (written & verbal) and managing stakeholders.

Required
10-15 years of experience as Business Analyst/Functional Consultant
Strong professional experience in Financial Services industry with good proficiency in Investment Products and Private Banking
Extensive experience of working in Wealth Management and Asset Management
Understanding and working experience in Front and Back Office teams of Wealth Management, Portfolio Management and Accounting. Examples include financial planning, asset valuation, bookkeeping, ledger accounting etc.
Knowledge about creation and functioning of Trusts and Estates, along with considerations about tax
Exposure to platforms such as OneSource, Net X 360, SEI suite of products will be a big plus
Strong Analytical Skills & problem-solving skills
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for streamlining and optimization. Recommend and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
Should be well versed with BA role and responsibilities, like creating BRD, FRD writing, use cases, process flows and other deliverables. Should also have experience in managing E2E implementation (Agile/Waterfall)
Strong Communication (written & verbal) and excellent Stakeholder management Skills
Preferred
Exposure to platforms such as OneSource, Net X 360, SEI suite of products will be a big plus
