Responsibilities

Develop and maintain periodic leadership reports and analyses related to business performance, system functionality, training, and departmental initiatives.

Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned areas around divisional products, services, systems, and policies procedures.

Assist and collaborate in various stages and phases of strategic planning and project management, contributing meaningful insights.

Conduct industry research and competitive analysis as needed.

Focus on process improvement.

Perform administrative tasks such as creating presentations, organizing meetings, and assembling marketing materials.

Assist with training staff on new processes, systems, programs, etc.
