Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company website(s) to ensure optimal performance, security, and user experience.

Analyze web traffic and user engagement metrics to inform site enhancements and optimizations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to gather and analyze website requirements.

Create and maintain detailed documentation for website architecture, design decisions, and user guides.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high performance and usability of the website.

Conduct regular website testing and quality assurance to ensure reliability and effective functionality.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the website, including updates and enhancements.

Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve website performance and efficiency.

Train and support team members on website features and functionalities.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Web Administrator or in a similar role.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla).

Strong understanding of web hosting, domain management, and database management (e.g., MySQL).

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.

Required Security clearance.

Preferred

Federal Experience is a plus.
