Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage Web Application Firewalls (WAF), including Barracuda WAF and AWS WAF, to ensure the security of web applications.

Develop and maintain bot protection strategies, HTTP inspection protocols, and perimeter defense solutions to safeguard against external threats.

Perform security assessments and reviews of web applications and network traffic, identifying and mitigating potential vulnerabilities.

Collaborate with internal teams to integrate security solutions with existing infrastructure.

Provide hands-on support for security incidents and troubleshooting WAF-related issues.

Utilize automation through Python or shell scripting to streamline processes and enhance security response time.
