Responsibilities

Manage content on multiple client e-stores, including updates, uploads, and archiving of webpages, and images.

Collaborate with overseas web developers to communicate new features and functionality, while ensuring proper configuration of approved changes to microsites and interfaces.

Perform microsite configurations, including but not limited to - item addition, report generation, gift code/coupon set up and basic troubleshooting.

Conduct microsite quality checks to ensure the web solutions meet usability, functionality standards and client branding.

Maintain detailed documentation of web configuration changes, and procedures for reference and audit purposes.

Communicate with internal teams as milestones are met and assignments completed, ensuring the client key contact is updated as necessary.

Be a subject matter expert on our proprietary eCommerce software platforms and its back-end features including all areas that can be edited without code manipulation.

Receive training from oversea web developers and in turn train the team, empowering them to self-serve when possible.

Required

2+ years’ experience in related role, and/or one year experience working with e-commerce platforms (i.e. E-bay, Etsy, etc.), web configuration and administration.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to microsite maintenance and optimization.

Proven organizational and time management skills including the ability to prioritize, and proactively manage tasks and projects.

Self-starter with ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow initiatives through to implementation.
