Responsibilities
Engage with GLIDE clients, the operations team, and leadership to gather and organize digital assets.
Create and maintain files for content collection, ensuring content is optimized and ready for integration.
Implement and update content in WordPress, optimizing the CMS and content blocks for functionality and usability.
Quality assure CMS and block setup, offering usability suggestions and identifying areas for improvement.
Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies to inform content decisions.
Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations, ensuring insights are actionable.
Perform content audits to assess content performance, identifying gaps and content needs to support user goals and client objectives.
Develop a solid understanding of target audiences and user needs through research and apply insights to improve content quality and relevance.
Collaborate with the UX team to create site plans that align with project objectives and user experience best practices.

Required
2+ years of proven experience managing websites and digital content
Thorough knowledge of site speed, including Google Page Speed and Core Web Vitals.
Thorough knowledge of Google Tools – Google Analytics, Google Search Console & Google Tag Manager.
Thorough knowledge of structured data, including rich snippets, schema and validation tools
Working knowledge of content management systems, particularly WordPress, along with basic HTML and CSS.
Working knowledge of emerging web development technologies like Webflow and Headless WordPress.
Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce.
Ability to work autonomously on time-sensitive tasks.
Eye for detail.
Experience in WordPress.
Solid understanding of UX principles.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communication science or a similar field is a plus.
Google Analytics Certification is also a plus
