Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, technical requirements, and project objectives for web development initiatives.
Lead web development projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, technical architecture design, and implementation.
Provide consultancy on web development best practices, technologies, and frameworks suitable for client needs and project scalability.
Develop responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications using front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Implement back-end development solutions using server-side languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, or PHP.
Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high performance, security, and reliability of web applications.
Collaborate with design teams to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles into web development projects.
Stay updated on emerging web technologies, industry trends, and best practices in web development, and apply this knowledge to improve development processes and client deliverables.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to junior developers and cross-functional teams involved in web development projects.
Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings, proposal writing, and presenting technical capabilities and project solutions.

Required
Strong background in web technologies
Experience in front-end and back-end development
Passion for delivering scalable and efficient web solutions
Experience in developing responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications using HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
Experience in implementing back-end development solutions using server-side languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, or PHP
Experience in code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high performance, security, and reliability of web applications
Knowledge of UI/UX designs, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
Ability to stay updated on emerging web technologies, industry trends, and best practices in web development
Experience providing technical leadership, mentorship, and support to junior developers and cross-functional teams
Experience in participating in client meetings, proposal writing, and presenting technical capabilities and project solutions
