Responsibilities
Configure web sites using Oracle Opower’s web technology platform and existing AngularJS based widgets to meet the specific needs of each client
Collaborate with Implementation Engineers and other client-aligned delivery team members to ensure that web products are integrated with other Oracle Opower products as part of full energy efficiency and customer care solutions
Build and maintain a deep understanding of products with the ability to explain them to others; think about how client customization and delivery can be sped up and improved
Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive product innovation and operationalize new Oracle Opower products and features, keeping efficiency and scale in mind
Build and enhance automation tools to improve speed to market and product quality
Communicate with internal partners and clients in a thoughtful and impactful manner, ability to translate technical requirements to a less technical audience

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
4+ years of hands-on technical experience
Demonstrated experience with complex web development including JavaScript and CSS
Experience in UNIX systems and command line
Some programming knowledge (Node.js, AngularJS, Java, Ruby)
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
