Responsibilities

Oversee the creation, update, and maintenance of web pages across our digital platforms

Collaborate with content creators to ensure all web content is accurate, relevant, and optimized for user engagement

Implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and searchability

Manage multiple web projects simultaneously, from conception to launch

Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) and external agencies to gather requirements and assets

Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met

Use UX/UI best practices to create visually appealing and user-friendly web layouts

Implement web design best practices to enhance user experience and engagement

Conduct regular audits of web content to ensure accuracy and relevance

Test web pages for functionality, performance, and consistency

Address or route any issues or bugs promptly

Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in web production

Propose and implement improvements to our web production processes and standards

Participate in training and professional development opportunities as needed

Required

1-3+ years of experience in web production or related field

Proficiency in content management systems and digital asset management

Strong project management and organizational skills

Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams and external partners

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred

Experience with AEM or other CMS a plus
