Responsibilities
Lead the development of modern web applications with a strong focus on front-end technologies.
Work closely with clients, developers, Scrum masters, and onshore/offshore teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Architect, design, and develop responsive and scalable web applications using Angular 11, 7, or 4.
Manage and coordinate updates, changes, and new features for the development team.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional, globally distributed development teams.
Ensure adherence to best practices in web development and Agile methodologies.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
Perform quality assurance and ensure the accuracy and functionality of the developed software.
Utilize DevOps tools such as GitHub, Bamboo, and SonarQube for efficient development and deployment processes.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience building modern web applications/sites in a professional environment.
5+ years of experience with JavaScript and a strong understanding of the Angular framework (Angular 11, 7, or 4).
Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other similar content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Proven experience leading cross-functional, globally distributed development teams in a dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of Agile Development Methodology, including agile-specific frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and communicate between several different stakeholders.
Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache), and UI/UX design.
Strong DevOps experience, including GitHub, Bamboo, and SonarQube.
Proficient in responsive design development methodologies and best practices.
Superior attention to detail and a strong ability to Q/A one's own work.
Preferred
Experience with Azure web services and database systems.
Experience using containers (Kubernetes/Docker) to package and deploy web applications.
Familiarity with server-side programming (e.g., Node.js, SpringBoot).
