Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational tasks for remote team members
Monitor and track progress on various projects and initiatives
Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
1-2 years of experience in operations coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
