Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with followers, and drive traffic to company platforms through compelling content and community management
Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities
Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions using our CRM system
Offer expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to clients
Handle any issues or concerns that arise during travel, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, and provide timely solutions

Required
Proven experience in a customer service role or within the travel industry
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent customer service abilities
Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and CRM systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively in a remote work environment
Capacity to handle and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required, to accommodate client needs and time zones
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Additional certification in travel and tourism is a plus
