Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
Develop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients, aligning with organizational goals
Track account performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and enhance client engagement
Provide guidance and support to clients, helping them maximize the value of our products and services

Required
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating initiative and accountability
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to assess performance and inform decision-making
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in virtual communication tools and CRM software to manage client interactions effectively
Preferred
Experience: Proven experience in account management or a similar role is preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
