Responsibilities
Perform activities and manage communication with appropriate internal teammates (Portfolio Managers, Relationship Managers, Final Approving Officers, Loan Ops, etc.) to ensure consistent application of Wholesale Credit Delivery procedures and processes and compliance with applicable bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with Credit Delivery teammates to gather and review required documentation (underwriting, legal, regulatory etc.) necessary to complete a credit work package for submission for credit approval in nCino. Establish and maintain accurate data within Truist systems. Primary systems include, but are not limited to, AFS Vision, Salesforce, nCino, Qlikview, MRA and TOE.
Simultaneously supports multiple transactions at different points in the deal flow process. Prepare credit summaries as applicable.
Coordinate with Portfolio Managers to ensure all credit packages are approved and sent for booking in a timely manner to support loan closing expectations.
Gather documentation required for loan closing and coordinate all closings with Closing Team. Act as single point of contact for closing/funding/booking questions and clarifications needed by Closing Team.
Ensure compliance with real estate valuation and environmental policies for applicable real estate collateralized deals by ordering and reviewing proper valuations and environmental reports.
Where applicable, interact directly with clients on reporting submissions related to questions and discrepancies.
Provide administrative support in the fulfillment of client requests and offshoring of portfolio maintenance/servicing requests.
Support the Wholesale Credit Delivery organization in all aspects and with all projects as needed, including, but not limited to regulatory, risk or compliance related projects.
Monitor dashboard reporting as well as other relevant systems to anticipate and plan workflow with a 90-day forward looking view in support of prompt underwriting of new money, timely completion of reviews/renewals, and credit file certifications.
Develop subject matter expertise and provide training to teammates as applicable.

Required
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Highly motivated professional, adept in both verbal and written communication with great attention to detail.
Excellent client service, communication, time management and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize workflow and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently or within a team environment.
Preferred
2-4 years portfolio servicing/loan processing or related work experience.
Proficiency with Truist bank operating systems inclusive of AFS Vision and other Commercial applications (i.e. MRA, salesforce, nCino)
