Responsibilities
Understand the Broker Process thoroughly
Escalation point for Broker Product Specialist
Explore potential new wholesale relationships for product development purposes
Review agreements and work with legal counsel on red lines to mitigate risk
Identify enhancements and create efficiencies in the broker process
Project management – Working with other department heads and delegating responsibilities to reach goals of streamlining the broker process
Roll out new broker outlets
Maintain relationships with existing broker outlets

Required
In depth knowledge of Encompass, Tableau, Docutech, and MS Office
Great customer service skills. Willingness to speak with Loan Officers directly.
Ability to work with people from all levels of the mortgage process
Recent experience working in a high volume Wholesale environment
Have worked for a independent mortgage broker
