Responsibilities
End to End Technical Solutioning Architecting for Global Windchill Implementation
Conduct workshops & conference room pilots to understand and analyze customer’s business needs
Elaborate and map business requirements into Functional and Technical Solutions
Take full ownership of the technical aspects of the project and work with business stakeholders, internal and external technical teams in delivering the solution
Conduct customer trainings, content development, and delivery
Mentor and Develop Junior Consultants to achieve their performance goals
Help progress the DevOps initiatives and methodologies in sensitive and protected environments
Develop, promote and teach best practices about security, architecture design, connectors, and development in our systems

Required
10+ years of experience working in Windchill implementation projects
2 or more years of experience as a Windchill Technical or Process Architect for a minimum of 3 customers with full-scope implementations
Extensive experience in business administration, configuration, customization, and integration
Experience conducting workshops & conference room pilots to understand and analyze customer’s business needs
Ability to map business requirements into Functional and Technical Solutions
Experience in charting Solution Blueprint and other documentation
Ownership of technical aspects of projects and collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams
Experience in conducting customer trainings, content development, and delivery
Knowledge of Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, PartsLink, MPMLink
Knowledge of Windchill API’s and Data structure
Knowledge of Java J2EE technologies and Webservices
Proficiency in ThingWorx development platform and Windchill PLM software
Understanding of applications development environment, database, data management, and infrastructure capabilities and constraints
Understanding of Windchill Part/CAD/Document Management, Change Management, and Workflow modules
Experience with Options & Variants, Vendor collaboration, Integration
Experience in progressing DevOps initiatives and methodologies in sensitive and protected environments
Promotion and teaching of best practices about security, architecture design, connectors, and development in systems
Awareness of Agile/Scrum/SAFE methods in software development
BE/BTECH or MCA from reputed institutions with excellent academic records
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Good Analytical skill
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment
Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
